Telegraph Luxury - Designer Food

This shoot was for the Telegraph Magazine. Although not a speciality, I always enjoy shooting food. Obviously, the shot has to look beautiful, but in addition the food has to look appealing. More often than not, it also needs to be shot at a very precise moment, before a sauce spreads or a leaf wilts!

This shoot was in collaboration with AP&Co who are the high-end caterers at the Chelsea Flower show. We aimed to keep the minimalist aesthetic that is the signature of a lot of the shoots for Telegraph Luxury, whilst highlighting the meticulous presentation of Rose and her team.
